Why Heather Wing?

At 17, my husband and I started our life together as young parents, navigating financial struggles and learning through mistakes. That was nearly 33 years ago. By the age of 24, I created a new concept for a Verizon Wireless store and eventually built my own, then became a Realtor. But success hasn’t always been linear.

While in esthetics school in 2008, bad investments nearly cost us everything. It was the second time we had to rebuild—years earlier, toxic mold forced us to leave our home with only the clothes on our backs. Despite challenges, I always refuse to give up.

After graduating from esthetics school, I started a home-based facial studio with no money, secondhand equipment, and zero clients. Within months, I expanded into a salon suite, grew into larger spaces three more times, and eventually opened a 10-treatment-room medical suite with a yoga studio—surpassing my wildest dreams.

During the pandemic, I used the 6 months that we were shutdown in NY to became an integrative health coach, blending my business expertise with a focus on helping others to avoid burnout. I also took classes in marketing and branding, which led me to my true passion...mentoring estheticians.

I’ve been up, down, and back up again, and I know exactly what it takes to succeed and how easy it is to lose it all. That’s what makes me a great mentor—I’ve lived it. Now, I dedicate my time to helping other estheticians navigate the challenges, avoid the mistakes, and build thriving businesses with clarity and confidence.
